Quality and service are our strategy.
Main instrument to fulfil our client’s demands regarding our products
and activities is our management system, which enables
us to verifiably plan and reach quality targets. In this context the permanent
improvement of our operating procedures is our stated objective.
This involves the effort to strive for a persistent perfection of our
product- and service - quality, the consistent pursuit of the zero defect
strategy and the prevention of errors in the forefront accomplished via
a permanent analysis of our products and processes.
Training is another integral part of the consequent application of our
quality concept. All our staff members are constantly qualified to fulfil
their job requirements with a special focus on quality standards.
The certification according to ISO/TS 16949 proves that
we attach great significance to a continuous improvement of quality within
our company. Of course, this approach is not restricted to our role as
supplier to the automotive industry but applies to all our clients.
With our quality management system we aim to avoid defects, reduce the
number of discrepancies and put an economically and ecologically efficient
supply of materials into the focus of attention. We will continue to invest
into further successful development and implementation of this system
even after certification in July 2005 has taken place. Thus you can always
rely on quality with us.
Of course, as a supplier to the automotive sector we master the standards
required within that specific industry.
Dancke has successfully complied with multiple audits according
to VDA 6 Part 3 and QS 9000.
